A virtual panel hosted by Bruin Shelter on COVID-19's impact on the housing crisis, featuring speakers from UCLA Fielding School of Public Health, UCLA Law School, The People Concern, and the Los Angeles Tenants Union (LATU) Westwood Local.

The COVID-19 pandemic has and is disproportionately affecting people experiencing homelessness, who often have very limited ability to social distance, wash their hands regularly, and shelter-in-place, leading to increased risk of infection. These challenges are compounded by other systemic inequities that people experiencing homelessness may face. In this panel, UCLA professors and other community leaders will discuss these challenges and explore how we can work towards ending the homelessness crisis.
